Festive items are non-returnable unless due to a warranty claim where the product will be repaired or replaced.

The control box has two switches. One switch is the auto/mode switch. The other switch is the on/off switch.
Instructions are supplied with this product, which is very simple to operate. Both switches must be in the off (O) position before use.
The mode/auto switch must be turned to the on (I) position first, BEFORE turning the on/off switch to the on (I) position.
If this procedure is not followed correctly, then the LED bulbs will not illuminate because the mode switch has to be switched on (I) BEFORE the on/off switch is switched on (I).
Should the user fail to follow the operating instructions correctly, this does not define the product to be defective. This would be 'user' error only.
Following the instructions supplied and notes above, this product will operate normally as it is designed to do.
